6月16日 WOWyes people... i am still alive!
hahaha i dont think anyone actually thought i was dead, i think everyone just got over these space things at the same time. i'd say, SUMMER. lol. umm..
well latest news, im living with amie at the moment.. her mom is in italy for six weeks so im escaping my dad and keeping amie company at the same time. hehehe. its been real fun, with jed making regular visits too.
ive still been going to the bay pretty much every weekend cos theres nothing else to do around here! amie and i had a dinner party of sorts.. lol.. well.. we actually cooked a massive lush roast chicken MONSTROSITY and had some girlies over and got WAAAAAASTED hehehehe
ive been cooking pretty much every night which has been fun, but tonight it was definitely a joint effort, we made spinach and ricotta cannelloni yum! we've also been going to body balance on mondays! we are SO gooood lol.
i havent been working that much recently, damn seasonal industry. its too quiet these days i hate it. but when i am working it has been good, not too many dramas..
umm.. well today amie and i cleaned my house.. like SCRUBBED it sparkling clean so well.. and we got payed $80 each for it ahahahaha. so tonight we went shoppiiiiiiing! and now our pantry and cupboard is full agaiiin hoorah! lol. we can cook whatever we want each night without thinking damn, we dont hav this we dont hav that.

4月23日 just a quicky...hey everyone.. guess whos on the gold coast!!
some time in the next few days ill hav all my pics up on here. but i didnt get to take it out when we went out.. we've been having an awesome time going out everynight since we got here, i danced from about 6pm to 3.30am last night, had so much fun, felt so good to meet new ppl, dressing up, shakin ma booty to some good music, getting free drinks and teasing some boys.. i kissed two last night, wooo! but that was over the space of about 10 hours! i kissed one when we went to brisbane on friday night, that was ok, nowhere near as good as surfers, but yeah, that boy was weird, he licked my face!! thursday night i got so trashed, we had shots then went to the tavern down the road, for uni night.. danced so much!! we each got a jug each - 5 shots and soft drink, no ice
 and got blotto!the great thing is i havent had a hangover yet!! i have caught the gold coast flu thats going around, all the girls are sick, we're all nasally and coughing on everyone hehehe
we have to get up at 5.30am to go to the airport tonorrrow!! and apparently i have an irish cousin john in australia!! and hes coming down the coast too.. soooo random!!
anywayyyy i should go.. make sure all my shit is good to go for tomorrow.

~shmal~ 4月19日 round, round, round we go..so.. been quite a while since ive updated..
oh well.
im not going to be able to write in chronological order so i think ill just ramble on about what ever memories come into my head from the last two weeks or so...
the weekend before last was a bit of a doozy.. didnt work on the friday - day or night - so hung out with mosh helping her move house, then got jed too in the evening getting ready for the bayview.. amie drove from tuross to mine so i started drinking on the way.. was a bit pissed at mine trying to get ready, did my make up.. lol.. not too great hahaha..
we started off to the bay with james driving me, amie, jed and danny in my car..
by the time we got to the bay, to get KFC, i was well and truly gone. with nothing in my stomach but 5 cans of smirnoff.. like 10.5 standard drinks!! i decided going to starfish might be fun.. so i went and made a fool outa myself there, being loud and brash and .. drunk. all the staff trying to get me to sit down and shut up but i kept yakking on in my loud voice.. so i copped it next day at work hahaha
did some stupid stuff.. got kicked out of the bowlo, passed out in dennis' arms in the garden.. got kidnapped by todd.. had a random blood nose and bled everywhere.. ewww..
woke up fine and dandy though
that night got the rumour mill churning again though... losers. have nothing better in their boring lame lives so they make up a whole life for me to keep them entertained.
during the week i just worked i think.. oh wait, i stayed at amies on monday night, chels and mel came over for a girly hairdressing night.. i dyed and cut my hair.
ummm.. on friday i went out to tuross again, got jed and mosh, we went to KFC again, made some hilarious video footage, went to the bayview, it was lame so we went to BAYBZ (lol) and it was awesome.. lots of boys to buy us drinks, lots of ppl dancing, fun music.. amie got herself a lift home, but i was kinda ok cos i had a lush warm bed to stay in at denhams beach
 then on saturday night i went to work and then when tegs and i had both finished we went to the pub but couldnt get in!! they said we were too late but we werent even and they refused us entry! how lame. plus i had already started drinking so i couldnt just drive home! so i snuck into robs house again hehehe no probs. worked 11.25 hours on easter sunday!! so tired when i got home.. i had been running on 3 coffees between 9 and 3 til i went to tegans and we made lush potato bake, we were very inventive - spinach and bacon included!!
other stuff has happened but i just cant be bothered. there were more rumours about me and another boy, but yeah.. just cos i comfort someone whos devo about their ex, doesnt mean ive fucked him.
ANYWAY!!
tomorrow morning im going to drive up to sydney with Amie.. then we're flying out to the gold coast at 930pm then we're partying til next monday with cally, raine, reioni.. other ppl.... seeing lotsa people :) and then driving back home from syd sometime.. its gonna be awesome and i cant wait to tell u all about it!!
anyway im super tired and have to pack my bags in the morning! plus drive a whole heap so id better go sleeeeepp

no seriously, ive never been one to start rumours - well, ok in about year 9 i made up that claire had webbed toes cos she always wore socks, but yeah.. i am a reformed girl these days!! like last week when someone told me that a girl i had just met had fucked a whole football team or something.. i just dissed it straight away. im not about to jump on board and say that not only did she fuck the whole football team, but she was in with the coach, the manager and eddie maguire too!! lol. i wouldnt even repeat it.. things like that can be so damaging.
anyway. thats now happened to me. im kinda over it now, but i was still shocked to think some people who only just know me can judge me so quickly.
ok im making this so much more serious than it is. im just worried that im gonna get a rep because of what must have started out as a joke.. its too absurd to be true anyway. hopefully most people realise that! it would just be pretty bad if it got round to important ppl, and i dont get a chance to explain myself..

i had a smashing time at the pub on friday night!! got rather pissed, just like the good old days and was bouncing out of bed in the morning!! i had about 8 cruisers or more, plus two panadeine forte LOL
there are a few memory gaps, but i remember a few random events, such as
 some random lady coming over to me when i was with jed and mosh, and asking me to stand up.. so i did, then asked why. she explained it was because she had just said to her mates "shit that girls legs go all the way up and make cunts outa themselves!" LOL soooo random!taking my panadeine forte number one and jed and mosh going "dont take the other one alice, it might be bad" or something lol so i just snuck it wen they werent looking hehehe.. then going up to a random car with a family in it and asking for water hahatelling the new bouncer that amie had a fake ID lol.. OMG.. "Sober you'd better sasha up!!"that whole argument between sasha and ben in the venga bus.. with me mosh and jed just cracking up at everything that was said, and at sasha's "owie".. and espacially when ben was trying to be serious when he said "theyre not gonna let u in if youre this drunk sasha! theyre gonna look at u stumbling up and just go.. fuck me!!" LMAO!!the whole confusion over when the new nightclub was open and how absolutely everyone was talking about it and then tegans msg that said "doesnt it open in april??" and me writing back "its april at midnight!!" lolPlus all the random stuff that me and amie find funny the next morning.. about random houses.. like camo doorstops lmao!
a very nice boy (who was actually not so nice the night before) drove us all the way home and bought us water the next morning in his lush car
 anyway.. i wana do something on friday.. something exciting!! its my day off you see, so i want to live it up! then go out and boogy that night !! any suggestions??

3月25日 Hospital, Canberra, Tegan, Work, Bayspew, Boys = MY LIFEI think its about time i update.
man oh man... what a life i lead.
i wonder if anyone thought i had died cos i hadnt updated since the day before my operation...? hehehe well i could have!!
hospital was ok i guess. could have been worse. could have been better.

so since then i have just been chillen at home, popping my hundreds of pills, trying to manage the pain. eating was ok for a while but then it suddenly got a whole lot worse and i cant have anything cold, or anything solid. so that rules out ice-cream and everything else. soup is good. noodles.. i actually had some ice-cream last night, that wasnt too bad, but was reduced to tears over milo today. i have stitches in my throat. its the worst thing out. its like having something permanently stuck in your throat! and everything i eat catches on them. i was supposed to work on tuesday but had a downhill slide on monday night, had to have emergency doctor visits to get more effective painkillers. the new painkillers worked so much better, but as tegan said, its like im stoned. hahaha Went to Canberra with tegs on wednesday, that was pretty fun, considering we didnt get up to much really. We went to lunch with mosh and hev before we left, celebrating mosh turning 18 Had a family dinner at my nans house, and just hung out and went to bed.. took a few classic pics in bed hahaha god we're trippers! next day we just shopped in the city and i got some sunnies, a dress, shorts.. other stuff. and on our way home we stopped in at the "Star Q Deli" and were amazed cos we didnt even know it existed, but is the mirror image of starfish deli!! i struggled through our pizza and salad and then we were on our way again, and made it home in one piece!! and after i helped tegs out with her legal essay i finally got home.. Went to Nowra yesterday (Friday) to see the surgeon who took out my tonsils, and he said it all looks ok, will take time to heal, etc etc. Stopped in at the bay on the way home to chill with Terrence who was on his way to his new life in Thredbo! homeless in the bay, lol. went home, freshened up and sped back to the bay for my first tonsil-less shift at Starfish. i was sooo doey! haha.. when i finished it was raining and miserable but i still went to the bayspew. SO glad i did though, had a pretty good night considering i was sober sally! it always helps things when cute boys are involved ended up being desi for starfish crew and more. was more like a free taxi service really.. took so many ppl home and went all the way to Malua ... TWICE!! omg how could i forget?!?! i met Larry Emdur last night!! i think thats how you spell his name..? but yeah, i heard from Andrea and Kristy that he was around, and i bumped into him outside the bayview!! lol.. very random! but i didnt hang around chatting, was on my way somewhere.. anyway.. didnt get much sleep in the end. went to Kristy's house but by the time everyone went to bed (me, Ben and Bill were already IN bed, but cos it was just a sofa bed, Terry, Kristy and her sister (Nat..?) were still there.. laughing, chatting... preventing us from sleeping) it was about 4.30am?? and even then didnt get to sleep for aaaaaaages. Got up at like 7.30am to drive Bill home and Ben to his car. and yeah.. slept all day today! thought i had to work tonight but it was the best feeling when i realised i wasnt rostered on!! ahhhh.. gotta work 11am til 9pm tomorrow though

With Love, ~Shmal~ 3月11日 MiXiNg DrUgSYou'd think i would have learnt after the last time i was on hardcore antibiotics that drinking at the same time has a very intense impact on my body.. like Oh My God. i was such a fool last night - SO crazy!! and how many drinks did i have? oh, thats right - Three. Yes, just three and i was absolutely trashed. i was dancing so much and just.. ohmygod the memories are killing me!! i fell flat on my back on the dancfloor cos Ben moved away when i was pushing him. and then mark (i think) tipped water on me!! so when i got helped up i was absolutely drenched and everyone was staring at me, mouths agape. then i think we all laughed, but i was still shamed. still am.
Plus i think i was a bit rude to some people.. or, a person in particular. instead of talking to them and letting them know how im feeling, i just ignored them! <sigh>
But yeah, all in all i still had fun last night. Ended up at some random's house with Mosh and in the morning he wouldnt even get up! his dad drove us back into the bay!! hahahaha oh man some random things were so funny this morning.. but, sorry, i really couldnt do them justice by writing them down here, it was all just so situational - "you had to be there" lol.
i wonder if anyone reads these entries anymore?? maybe just randoms who never comment anyway.. hmmm.. oh well. hopefully im getting a smile on someones face
 In other news, i have made more new and exciting plans for my life. At the end of the year, Tegan and i will be moving to the UK for three months before we both go to uni!! we'll be staying with some of my dads friends to start off with, and then we'll get jobs in pubs etc and travel around a bit and probably freeze our asses off in Dublin with my family for christmas.. what fun!! well, i hope anyway! it'll be nearly nine months of winter - hoorah!! lol nahh it should be good.. meet lots of new people, see the sites, make some money, spend some money...
i dunno what ill be doing with my car though. i dont know whether to sell it for the money or keep it for when i go to uni..?? its annoying cos recently ive spent SO much money on it, and i know that no matter what i sell it for, it wont get what ive paid for it. but thats cars for ya.
I bought mine and Amie's tickets for the gold coast the other day.. Woo!! how exciting!! But i really really need to save my money!! i dont have that much at all at the moment
 hhmmmm.. i cant really think of anything else to say at the moment.. im SO tired and doey.. i just need sleep!! i had a nanny-nap this arvo but the two hours felt like two minutes!!

3月3日 back in touch with today's technologies..well... so, ok i got a new phone. but im not actually in touch with all the features it has.. hehehe.
its so gorgeous, my new phone. i am so happy. BUT i do know that eventually we will go our separate ways (my phone most likely to heaven to join the rest of my collection) and it could be anytime between tomorrow and in 3 years. hopefully it will last longer than previous precious items of mine though..
onto other news.. im going to QLD!! just for a little minibreak with my lover
 ohh.. nothing much really. just a whirlwind tour of the sites.. meet some peeps, break some hearts, you know.. the usual. and what would a road trip with my lover be without a detour to the international departures lounge for some Krispy Kremes!!we are driving my poor excuse for a car, Paddy, up to sydney on the 19th of April, where my not-so-trustworthy-brother will babysit him for a week. that night we will fly out of Mascot to Coolangatta to meet the lovely Raine and Cally and go PARTY!! after our week of fun, we will get up at the crack'o'dawn on the 24th to fly back down to sydney.. where im sure more krispy kremes will be consumed hehehe... ohhh if only James knew our little scheme last time.. with me and Mosh being little miss greedy-guts'
ooohhh im getting so excited now!! flights is only costing me $158 return, and ill only have to pay about $40 petrol too! we dont have to pay accommodation - just alcohol and krispy kremes!! ahahahaaa
so... what else? ohh.. had a run-in with the auto-wrecker guy the other day. i went to get a cable thing of some sort and cos i got one thing wrong when he asked me what sort of brakes i had or something, he decided i was just a dumb girl who didnt know what she wanted. and so he drew me a nice little car diagram about caterpillars and wheels and other funny things and im like "yup, yup.. yup." while inside im like "wtf is he telling me this for?!" so in the end he didnt wana sell me what i had come to get cos he didnt believe that i knew thats what i wanted. so yesterday i went back and demanded it!! haha, well.. not really. but ive realised now that i go there so often that we're on first name basis.. but, crap.. i cant remember his name now! what a crack up..

2月22日 The Ups and Downs Keep Me Rolling Alonghhmmmm..
so many things to say!!
well, im workin hard like a bitch these days.. gets me soooo tired! but then i go out again and forget all about it so maybe theres a balance somehow. but then again, according to some, i lead a "simple life" so who am i to be complaining??
last weekend was a big one.. ups and downs and inbetweens all over the place!
on friday i worked aaaalllll day and drove home exhausted but then it was ok cos when it was time for me to go out with Tegs and Ella, tegan offered to drive us to hers and on to the Bay again :)
we went to dinner at the Peppercorn.. where i work in the daytime. it was a good meal except for them stuffing up our order lol. it was also good cos when we went to pay, we got 10% off and didnt have to pay for our dodgy bread :) it was also super good cos as we were standing there, three cute guys walked in and one came up to me and asked in this gorgeous Scandinavian accent "where do young people go for fun around here?" i told them to go across the road to the Bayview and they're like "thats it??" lol. and im like, "yeah people usually just go to the pub or to house parties.. theres not much on around here, sorry!" so they left again and we payed for our meal and went over to the bayview and whadya know.. there were the three cute guys! hehehe so i dragged ella and tegan over and we sat with them and chatted for a bit until it was clear we were taking our new Danish friends to Raine's pool party!!
so then Frederic, Mike and Paulo followed us to where we had parked tegans car and then i got into the car with Frederic, Ella drove my car with Paulo and Tegs drove her car with Mike.
When we got to Raine's, we had only been there a little while before everyone decided we should trek down to the Pearly's for some reason. me and the Danish boys were undecided whether we should go, but then somehow i was convinced, and i stepped from the concrete to the grass!! lol.. oh, if you were there you'd understand!
so frederic drove us down to the pearly's where Peabody of some other band were playing and yeah... learnt some Danish, decided i was in love with Frederic, smuggled in drinks.. Moshpit and Hev got their fake IDs rejected then snuck in then got kicked out again hahaha then they sweet talked their way back in again!!
anyway, frederic drove my car back and some of us went swimming.. and moshpit and i continued our drunken traditions, and also i kissed the wrong boy and moshpit broke some more hearts and some boys decided fighting might be fun... and..... frederic forgave me for kissing his friend and not him and we had our own little moment.. awwww. he was SO sweet!
the next day i went to the markets to help mum and Tegan came too, after freshening up at my place.
Then when we had decided that we would both go to work together and then continue on to the triple b afterwards, we went home to mine to get organised.
and then...... the fight to end all fights occurred. im not going to go into the background to this event, alls i will say is that for me personally, i felt that it was about time it bubbled to the surface.
i felt that some VERY harsh and unessesary things were said by ella, but then again, im getting used to it. when i tell people what was said, they all seem absolutely stunned that someone could say words like that.. and my mum is actually relieved that i have finally come to my senses and will try my hardest not to let myself fall into the abusive cycle again, i will not forgive her again and again on the unlikely premises that it will not happen again. i feel a weight lifted off my shoulders.
its a little like when i broke up with will.. getting myself out of a relationship where i thought i was happy. but there are definitely big differences in those relationships. Will never hurt me or said he hated me and was always aware of how his life affected mine. so when i knew i was going to hurt him so much it tore me in half. i feel like i will always get emotional for the rest of my life, every time i think about how i broke his heart.
but with this situation with ella, i dont feel that way.. i just feel more able to reflect on her personality, why things have happened, but because of the constant up and downs i experienced, the constant effort to please her and keep her in a good mood, the constant draining of my energy.. i just feel relieved that i dont have to do that anymore.
i must admit though, that when tegan and i got back to my mum (mum shocked to see me shaking and smoking lol) i burst into tears cos i knew my mum would understand and i didnt have to worry anymore.. and i did get a bit emotional when mum told me her experience with an abusive relationship way before i was born....
ok.. so.. anyway!!
that night, i worked at the peppercorn, tegan worked at starfish and afterwards we went down to Raines and convinced her to come to the triple b with us :) so we piled some bikes in the back of the excel and we went down to the bowlo all dressed up lol. we had a good time and took some classic pics and videos but then some random DELETED THEM ALL!! we danced and drank vodka and requested 'gasolina' and shook our booties and wooed some boys and teased some too hehehe. then when it was time to go, we hung around outside the bowlo and instead of riding our bikes home like intended, somehow we squished 5 people into the excel.. lol. there was random dude in the back with with bikes (the back seats were down) and then fez was sitting on the front seat with raine on his lap and then tegan was spread across the front, her butt on the gear stick!! i was driving somehow.. omfg i was laughing so much. pretty stupid to be driving but yeah.. so fun cos we all had to co-operate to be able to drive properly. i had my arms up and over tegan who was on my lap and id go "second!" tegan would lift her butt, id clutch and fez would change to second.. then fez would just want me to change just so he could go "yep, third.. how ya goin" "woah second.. how ya goin" and he's like"fifth?" and tegans like "no! too fast!" and then raines like "alice! wrong side of the road!!" ooops.. shit we're so crazy. and stupid. yes, stupid.
then we all crashed at raines around 3am and the lovers decided to interrupt my dreams with some unwanted sexual moans thank you very much.
 anyway in the morning tegs drove me home and then i freshened up before work at 9am and then worked 6.5hrs uuuurrrrgggghhhhh!!
then yesterday mother and i trekked to canberra cos mum wanted me to have my photos taken. yes, i had glamour photos hahaha.. it was actually quite fun.. the girls there were really nice and they loved that i had lots of outfits and yeah... ill get the pics in a few weeks and when i figure out how to fix my photo uploading thing on here ill post them for all to see!
anyway, i have work again tomorrow!!
